COMMISSION PLANS

For agents who have completed at least 3 purchases or listing transactions in the last 12 months. $60/month, $495 Transaction fee.

For all new agents who have not completed 4 transactions in the last 12 months. $60/mnth $495 Transaction fee.

100% commission $0 monthly fee (must complete 6 transactions per year to apply)

90/10 split $60/mnth $495 Transaction fee , $10,000 CAP/ Unlimited downline

5% of commission (No transaction fee).

** All Rentals and referrals are paid directly to the Brokerage.

*** Rental checks must be brought to the Accounting Department

and will take 3 days to clear before being paid out to the agent.
